I have Acrobat Reader installed properly, but when I try to view a facet map, the reader does not launch, and I cannot view the map.

Check the security level on your browser. If it is set to "high", Acrobat Reader will not launch. Change the setting to "medium."

Should you decide to print the map file, please follow these two tips:

1. Use only the print icon/button located on the plugin toolbar (not the main toolbar of your browser).
2. Set your printer resolution one step lower than normal. E.g., if you normally print at 300dpi, try switching to 150dpi.
