Disaster Exemption

The Harris County Appraisal District is reminding property owners who had experienced physical damage to their property during the February freeze to apply for a temporary disaster exemption by May 28.  Qualified property includes homes and other buildings or business tangible personal property that was at least 15 percent damaged.  The news release and application are below.
