Appraisal Review Board (ARB) Status
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Pending | Property values have not been established, no notice of value sent. |
| Not Certified | Property values have been established and notice of value has been sent. Property owner is given opportunity to protest within 30 days of notice or May 15th, whichever is later. |
| Certified | * Property values are approved by the ARB and sent to the taxing jurisdictions on a certified roll. |
| Correction | * Property values are approved by the ARB and sent to the taxing jurisdictions on a correction roll. |
| Supplemental | * Property values are approved by the ARB and sent to the taxing jurisdictions on a supplemental roll. |
| Name Change | * Name and/or mailing address changes are approved by the ARB and sent to the taxing jurisdictions on a name change roll. |
*Actual roll delivery to the jurisdictions may take up to 2 weeks from the roll date shown on the website.
